MIPPO技术结合解剖锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨MIPPO技术结合解剖锁定钢板(LCP)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法本组37例老年股骨粗隆间骨折,Evans分型:Ⅰ型4例、Ⅱ型8例、ⅢA型7例、ⅢB型10例、Ⅳ型8例。均采用MIPPO技术结合解剖锁定钢板治疗。结果本组37例随访6～24个月,平均14个月,1例随访6个月骨折愈合延迟,11个月髋内翻愈合,余36例均于术后4～7个月愈合,平均愈合时间5.5个月。疗效采用Harris髋部功能评分标准:优24例,良11例,可2例。结论 MIPPO技术结合解剖锁定钢板是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法之一,符合骨折治疗的微创、损伤控制理念,具有操作简便,固定牢固,具有很好的推广价值和应用前景。
