摘要
针对黄河下游山东引黄灌区清淤难、沉沙难、渠首沙化等难题 ,总结黄河下游无坝引水防沙工程建设的经验 ,根据黄河水沙动态变化规律 ,提出适合中国黄河特点的新型渠首橡胶坝引水防沙工程的基本模式 ,解决了黄河下游引水防沙工程中增引含沙量小、粒径细的表层水 ,减少河道底部粗沙入渠 ,同步进行引水与防沙等技术难点 ,通过工程实践 ,大幅度提高了工程防沙减淤效果 .
In view of the sediment problems in Yellow River irrigated areas,and according to the dynamic law of water and sediment of the Yellow River,this paper summarizes the experiences in and disadvantages of the existing water diverting and sediment control works,and proposes a new type of water diversion and sediment control works.The recommended rubber dam works can solve the worldwide difficulties through“diverting more surface water with lower sediment concentration,preventing bed coarse sediment from entering the canal,and diverting water and controlling sediment simultaneously”,and greatly improve water diversion and sediment control efficiency.
