摘要
脂质体作为药物载体具有良好的使用价值,针对现有脂质体存在的问题,采用对其相关辅料进行修饰,以改善脂质体稳定性、包封率、靶向作用、体内循环和生物利用度等,是提高脂质体治疗作用的重点研究方向之一。目前广泛应用的是对聚乙二醇、泊洛沙姆、壳聚糖和聚乙烯等高分子物质的修饰,以期改善脂质体的药学特性。对近年来的修饰性脂质体材料进行了归纳和总结,并提出展望。
Liposome had good value in medicine as drug carrier. To solve the existing problem of liposome, such as the stability, encapsulation efficiency, the targeted active, the body circulation and the bioavailability, some liposome materials were modified. They will be one of key research fields to improve the therapeutic effect. At present, it is widely used that polyethylene glycol, chitosan, polyethylene, and so on, these modified polymers can improve the pharmaceutical properties of liposome. The application and development of modified liposome were reviewed.
