7-氧-双环[2.2.1]环庚烷-2,3,5,6-四酸二酐的合成研究 被引量:2

摘要 在CuCl或CuCl2作用下,Pd(0)或PdCl2催化烯烃和多烯烃与CO进行的反应是常用的甲氧基羰基化反应。采用3,6-环氧-1,2,3,6-四氢邻苯二甲酸酐通过二甲氧基羰基化反应合成了一个新的化合物,7-氧-双环[2.2.1]环庚烷-2,3,5,6-四酸二酐。红外光谱(FT-IR)与核磁共振(1 H-NMR)证实了目标产物含呋喃结构的脂环族二酐被成功合成。 Palladium(0) and palladium( I][ ) chloride are known to catalyze the bismethoxycarbonylation of alkenes and alknes with carbon monoxide in the presentce of CuC1 or CuCle. The present work related the facile synthesis of novel compounds, 7-Oxabicyclo[2. 2. 1]heptane-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylate, by bismethoxycarbonylation of the double bond. IR and NMR spectra indicated that the synthesis of the furan-containing alicyclic dianhydrides was successfully performed.
