摘要
高职生的创业意向是当前的研究热点之一。对浙江省600多名高职生进行调查发现,高职生在创业个性特质上存在差异,整体男生均分高于女生;创业目的表现为以基本需要为主;对创业知识有积极要求,对创业条件依赖较大,但创业驱动力不高。
Entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational school students is one of current research focuses.By questionnaire investigation in Zhejiang province,it is found that there exist great difference betwen male and female students;students' entrepreneurial purpose is subjected by basic needs;they have positive needs for entrepreneurial knowledge and depend greatly on entrepreneurial conditions;their entrepreneurial driving force is not high.
