摘要
目的探讨临床治疗与护理干预对化疗相关性腹泻患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析河北省迁西县人民医院2008年1月-2010年12月收治入院的采用化疗后出现相关性腹泻的结直肠癌和胃癌住院138例患者的临床资料,所有患者均给予积极治疗和护理干预,评价患者在治疗前后进行卡氏行为状态评分。结果本研究中患者全部抢救成功。患者治疗后卡氏行为状态评分明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经积极治疗与护理,138例患者完全停止腹泻,避了免并发症的发生。结论通过对化疗相关性腹泻患者采取有针对性积极治疗和护理干预,提高了化疗致腹泻的治疗效果和患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical treatment and nursing intervention on the clinical curative effect of chemotherapy associated diarrhea patients.Methods The clinical data of 138 hospitalized patients with colorectal can cer and stomach cancer in the People＇s Hospital of Qianxi County from January 2008 to December 2010 who suffered from associated diarrhea after the chemotherapy treatment were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were given posi tive treatment and nursing intervention,and the cartesian behavior state of patients were evaluated before and after treatment.Results All patients were rescued successfully in this study.Cartesian behavior state score of patients im proved significantly after treatment,there were significant differences compared with before treatment（P 0.05）.After active treatment and nursing,138 patients were completely stop diarrhea and avoid the complications.Conclusion Taken by patients with chemotherapy-related diarrhea the targeted active treatment and care interventions to improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life in patients with chemotherapy-induced diarrhea.The effect is obvious.
