摘要
目的探讨国产盐酸罗哌卡因在老年下肢骨折患者术后镇痛中的效果及其对血清指标的影响。方法选取2011年1月-2012年7月于湖北省恩施自治州州中心医院进行手术治疗的68例老年下肢骨折患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组(国产布比卡因组)和观察组(国产盐酸罗哌卡因组),每组各34例,将两组患者不同时间段的疼痛评分、血液流变学指标、炎性指标、应激指标及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果观察组术后不同时间段的疼痛评分均优于对照组,血液流变学指标、炎性指标及应激指标均低于对照组,不良反应发生率也明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论国产盐酸罗哌卡因在老年下肢骨折患者术后镇痛中的效果较好,且对其血清指标的不良影响也小。
Objective To study the effect of domestic ropivacaine hydrochloride in postoperative analgesia of patients with lower limb fracture and its influence for their serum indexes.Methods 68 patients with lower limb fracture who were treated with surgery in the State Center Hospital of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture from January 2011 to July 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（domestic bupivacaine group） and observation group（domestic ropivacaine hydrochloride group） with 34 cases in each group,then the pain score,hemorheology indexes,inflammatory indexes and stress indexes at different times and incidence of adverse reactions of two two groups were compared.Results The pain score after the surgery at different times were all better than those of control group,hemorheology indexes,inflammatory indexes and stress indexes were all lower than those of control group,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group too,there were all significant differences（all P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of domestic ropivacaine hydrochloride in postoperative analgesia of patients with low er limb fracture is better,and the bad influence for the serum indexes is small.
