摘要
小浪底水利枢纽工程 3条排沙洞首次采用钢绞线环向两周无粘结施加预应力施工方法 ,该方法与常规施工方法在工艺流程上有所不同 ,操作较为简便。承包商 ( CGIC)经过设计两块试验段 ,模拟现场施工得出具有一定可操作性的工艺流程 ,并在具体施工中完善了该工艺流程 ,使之形成较为成熟的施工方法。介绍了小浪底 3条排沙洞的施工以及无粘结预应力混凝土的应用。
Cohesionless prestressed construction with steel strand cable which make two circuits circumferentially is carried out firstly in three desilting tunnels at Xiaolangdi Project.The method is different from conventional construction method in technical process easy operation.After test on two blocks,the contractor (CGIC) gains a technical process with workability by stimulating in situ construction.The technical process is improved during construction to be a well considered construction method.The construction of three desilting tunnels and application of cohesionless prestress concrete are presented.
