摘要
目的探索品管圈活动在药库药品管理中的效果与体会。方法成立"品管圈"组织,确立药品管理项目,对药库药品周转率偏低进行原因分析,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施。结果提高了药库药品周转率,增强了工作人员参与药品管理的意识和工作满足感,充分地发挥了工作人员的积极性、创造性、主动性。结论 "品管圈"活动在提高药品周转率中取得了较好的效果。
Objective To study the effects and experience of quality control circles for the management of drug in pharmacy stores. Methods We set up a ＂quality control circle＂ organization, established drug management project, made analysis of the drug turnover rate, and developed appropriate corrective measures for implementing. Results Quality control circle effectively improved the drug turnover rate in pharmacy stores, and enhanced the awareness of staff in pharmaceutical management and job satisfaction,promoted the staffg enthusiasm, creativity and initiative. Conclusion ＂Quality control circle＂ project is effective for improving the turnover rate of drugs.
