船舶电力推进永磁同步电动机的起动及制动

摘要 船舶电力推进PMSM(永磁同步电动机)的起动和制动是推进系统首先要解决的问题。在简要介绍船舶电力推进系统的基础上,对PMSM的起动特性和制动特性进行了理论分析,提出开环变频起动方式和直流制动方式。并对起动过程中可能出现的过电流问题和制动过程中出现的泵升电压提出解决办法。经分析可知,选用的起动和制动方式在船舶运行的工况下,简单可靠,起动和制动性能较好。 The marine electric propulsion PMSM's(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) the starting and braking are the problems that the propulsion system should firstly solve. On the basis of brief introduction to the marine electric propulsion system, the theoretical analysis of PMSM starting characteristics and braking characteristics were done, and open-loop variable frequency starting mode and DC braking mode were proposed. For the overcurrent problems occurring in starting process and the pumping voltage occurring in the braking process, the solutions were proposed. After analysis, in the ship running conditions, the selected starting and braking modes were simple and reliable. The starting and braking performance were good.
