摘要
采用室内实验生态学方法对尖紫蛤的滤水率、摄食率和吸收率进行了研究。结果表明,在实验温度下,随着体质量的增加,尖紫蛤的个体滤水率和个体摄食率都升高,与体质量呈正相关的幂函数关系,可分别表示为CR=aWb和IR=cWd。其中,b的取值范围:0.508 7~0.713 7,平均值为0.650 4;d的取值范围:0.526 4~0.720 4,平均值为0.660 5。体质量与尖紫蛤吸收率的关系不明显。在16~36℃时,3种规格尖紫蛤的滤水率、摄食率和吸收率呈一个峰值变化,都在温度为28℃时达到峰值,当温度超过28℃后,滤水率、摄食率和吸收率都不再增加反而下降。温度对尖紫蛤滤水率、摄食率和吸收率影响极显著(P<0.01)。
The clearance rate, ingestion rate and absorption efficiency of Soletellina acuta were examined using the indoor experimental ecological methods. The results showed that at the experimental temperature, the clearance rate and ingestion rate increased as the S. acuta gained in weight, which could be expressed as the positive correlated power fimction; CR=aWb and IR=cWd. b ranged from 0.508 7 to 0.713 7 with the average value 0.650 4, and d ranged from 0.526 4 to 0.720 4 with 0.660 5 in average. There was no obvious relationship between the absorption efficiency and body weight. At 16-36 ℃, the ingestion rate and absorption effi ciency of S. acuta in three sizes had the same trend of peak variation, They all reached to the peak level at 28℃, and dropped when the temperature was above 28℃. The effect of temperature on the ingestion rate and absorption efficiency of S. acuta was highly significant.
