摘要
市场经济的发展为安徽省社会体育指导员的发展带来了新的机遇与挑战。对安徽省社会体育指导员发展的现状运用现代管理学的"SWOT"分析法进行分析研究,客观阐述安徽省社会体育指导员发展所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,并提出相应建议与对策,旨在为促进安徽省社会体育指导员的发展提供参考。
The development of economic market has brought sports instructors＇ development in Anhui province. Applying new opportunities and challenges to the social the modern management ＂SWOT＂ analysis and analyzing the present situation of social sports instructors＇ development in Anhui Province, Describing the ad- vantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats objectively which the social sports instructors will face in An- hui Province, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to provide reference to pro- mote the development of social sports instructors in Anhui province.
