摘要
为了解外源6-BA缓解越冬期间冬小麦植株冻害的生理机制,以冬小麦品种东农冬麦1号和济麦22为材料,研究了不同浓度外源6-BA处理对冬小麦种子萌发及越冬期间植株膜质过氧化及内源激素的影响。结果表明,外源6-BA提高了两个小麦品种的种子发芽势,且对东农冬麦1号影响明显大于济麦22;10μmol·L-1 6-BA处理显著提高了东农冬麦1号的发芽率,减缓其分蘖节的膜质过氧化。外源6-BA增加了低温后期(12月19日即温度低于-25℃时)济麦22的叶片相对电导率、低温中后期11月4日后即温度低于-10℃时东农冬麦1号分蘖节中ABA含量和ABA/GA值,降低了两个品种植株GA含量及低温中后期东农冬麦1号叶片中ABA含量和ABA/GA值,而对济麦22植株内源激素没有显著影响。说明在越冬期间10μmol·L-16-BA处理可促进种子发芽,调节分蘖节内源激素和膜脂过氧化作用,提高东农冬麦1号抵御低温的能力。
To reveal the role of exogenous 6-BA on mitigation plants frost damage during winter,using Dongnongdongmai 1 and Jimai 22 as materials,we studied the effect of exogenous 6-BA on seed germination and membranous peroxidation of winter wheat.The results showed that exogenous 6-BA improved the seed germination potential in both winter wheat cultivars,and the effect was significantly higher in Dongnongdongmai 1 than that in Jimai 22.Application of 10 μmol·L-1 6-BA significantly improved the germination rate of Dongnongdongmai 1 and decreased the peroxidation of membrane lipid.It also increased the ABA content and ABA / GA ratio in the tillering node of Dongnongdongmai 1 at the middle and late period of low temperature.Exogenous 6-BA decreased the GA content in both winter wheat cultivars and lowered the ABA content and ABA/GA ratio in the tillering node of Dongnongdongmai 1 at the middle and late period of low temperature.However,exogenous 6-BA had no effect on Jimai 22.This study suggested that application of 10 μmol·L-1 6-BA could shorten the duration of the emergence of Dongnongdongmai 1 and made the seedings stronger to improve its ability of cold tolerance.
