基于时间价值的双准则交通拥挤收费决策模型 被引量：6

摘要 拥挤道路收费是缓解交通的有效手段。考虑出行者出行时间价值不同的情况,文章给出了基于时间价值与费用的双准则交通拥挤收费双层规划模型。算例表明,实施拥挤道路收费后,能改变出行者的出行路径,从而缓解了道路的拥挤状况。同时可见,拥挤收费对时间价值高的出行者影响比较小,而对时间价值低的出行者影响比较大。
