摘要
目的探讨参麦注射液治疗老年失血性贫血的疗效。方法入选病例91例随机分为两组,在常规对症止血、补充造血药物等治疗基础上,治疗组将参麦注射液40 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程10 d。观察两组患者第3、7、10 d时的症状改善及血红蛋白(Hb)变化情况。结果治疗组患者在症状改善上明显快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hb上升幅度与治疗前相比优于对照组,但两组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麦注射液能够有效治疗老年失血性贫血。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection in treating elderly hemorrhagic anemia. Methods 91cases were randomly divided into two groups, The control group were only symptomatic bleeding and complement the hematopoietic drug, Based on this,40 mL $henmai injection was added to 250ml of 5% glucose injection intravenously in the study grorp 1 times a day and 10 days in a course.Then the improvement of symptoms and hemoglobin changes were observed at the 3, 7, 10 days in the two grougs. Results The study group symptoms improved significantly faster than the control group,（P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment the hemoglobin rise was superior to the control group, but there was no statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion Shenmai injection can be used as one effective duges in the treatment of elderly hemorrhagic anemia.
