摘要
灌区持续发展 ,应着眼于资源水利 ,实现水资源的统一管理 ,从有利于社会经济发展优化配置水资源 ,“以供定需” ,发展节水灌溉 ,实行节水型农业。
In this paper,the following is described:the sustainable development of the irrigation district should be considered from the angle of“resource water conservancy” to realize the centralized management of water resources,to develop the optimal allocation of water resource and to develop the water saving irrigation.
