摘要
为全面搞好面向 2 1世纪的山西省水利 ,实现从“工程水利”到“资源水利”的重大转变 ,本文阐述了 50年来山西省水资源开发利用现状及有关问题和山西省水资源管理的时空属性。并在此基础上提出了面向 2 1世纪山西省水资源发展的治水思路。
In order to fully do the water conservancy facing towards the 21 st century in Shanxi Province well,and to realize the great transformation from “engineering water conservancy” to “resource water conservancy”,the present situation and existing problems of the development of the water resources in Shanxi Province for past fifty years are illustrated,the space time features of the water resources in Shanxi Province are also analysed,based upon them,a thinking of water control for Shanxis water resource development facing towards the 21 st century is presented.
