摘要
江苏省江阴市江港堤闸管理处加强非水利涉河建设项目监督管理,把"提前介入、强化现场、规范运行"作为工作重点,取得了较好的成效,在总结经验的基础上,提出"体系完善、能力提升、侧重预防、真诚服务、严格执法、有序清理、和谐发展"是做好监管工作的重要措施。
In the management and supervision of no-water-purpose and river-affected project constructed in Jiangyin section of Yangtze River, the working focus is placed on ＂early involvement, on-site supervision and operation regulation＂ that has achieved a good result. Key measures such as system perfection, capacity building, concentrating on prevention, better service, strict law execution and harmonized development are put forward.
