摘要
近年来 ,黄河下游频繁出现断流现象。面对黄河日益严重的断流形势 ,本文从可持续发展战略和生态环境保护的高度 ,认真思考黄河断流和生态环境问题 ,并探讨解决黄河断流的有效途径。
In recent years,the zero-flow phenomenon has appeared in high frequency in the lower reaches of the Yellow River. Faced with the more and more serious zero-flow situation of the Yellow River, in this paper, the writers, starting from the viewpoint of the sustainable develpment stategy and of the protection of ecological environment, have thought the problem of zero-flow in the Yellow River and the ecological environment earnestly, analysed the genesis, and given some countermeasures available for solving the problem.
