氨苯砜β-环糊精包合物的制备条件优化 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究氨苯砜β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用饱和水溶液法,以包合物的包封率为考察指标,通过正交设计及统计学方法筛选出制备包合物的最佳条件。结果:最佳的包合条件为:氨苯砜与β-环糊精1∶1的摩尔比,包合温度80℃,包合时间3h。通过紫外分光光度法、红外光谱法、显微观察法、差示扫描热分析鉴定,证实氨苯砜与β-环糊精已形成包合物。结论:根据优选出的最佳条件制备的包合物包封率均值为61.9%,收率均值为73.3%,工艺简单可行,为进一步制成氨苯砜包合物水凝胶提供了依据。 OBJECTIVE To study the perfect preparation technology of Dapsone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.METHODS The inclusion compound was prepared by saturated aqueous solution.The multiple factor and levels experiments were done by orthogonal design and tatistical analysis with the drug entrapment efficiency as criteria.RESULTS The perfect preparation condition were as follow: the molar ratio of dapsone to β-cyclodextrin was 1∶1,the reaction temperature was 80 degree and the reaction time was 3 hours.The formation of Dapsone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was confirmed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,infrared spectrometry,microscopic observation and differential scanning calorimetry.CONCLUSION The mean of drug entrapment efficiency with the perfect preparation was 61.9% and mean of recovery rate was 73.3%.Preparation technology was simple and could be applied to further develop into dapsone-β-cyclodextrin gel.
