摘要
本文简述了水利工程对生态环境的影响，提出了加强水利工程环境影响评价的４点建议；（１）加强对工程价值的评价；（２）加强环境影响的经济评价；（３）进行风险分析评价；（４）长期跟踪评价。
The impact of hydraulic works on ecological environment are expounded in this paper. Based on these points of views, four suggestions are put forward in order to enhance the evaluation of hydraulic works impacts on environment, which are: ① To enhance the evaluation of projects value; ② To enhance the evaluation environment impact on the social economy; ③ To conduct risk evaluation; and ④ To conduct the evaluation following the tracks of projects.
