摘要
通过拓家河水库隐患及灌浆效果分析，揭示了大坝灌浆成功及失败的主要原因，为今后的病库处理提供参考。
The main reasons for dam foundation grouting success or not are shown by analysis of grouting measures for treatment of Ta jia he Reservoir, which has some defects in construction. The paper may provide experience for other projects.
