摘要
以澜沧江小湾水电工程为背景 ,分析和研究了物资采购招标的主要过程 ,讨论了其支持系统的开发 ,其中包括系统的功能、结构、界面及管理等方面的问题 .最后简要介绍了一个原型系统的实现 .
We firstly analyzed and researched the main process about material procurement tendering on the background of the Xiaowan Hydroelectric Project of Lancang River, then, the development of the decision support system for material procurement tendering is discussed, including the system′s function, structure, interface and managerment etc. Finally, development of the model system is briefly introduced.
