摘要
目的综述中药有效组分的抗炎机制及临床应用研究进展。方法查阅近年来公开发表的论文、专著等资料,对中药的抗炎机制及中药在常见的炎症性疾病治疗中的应用进行概述。结果总结了中药有效组分的抗炎机制,概述了其临床的应用进展情况。结论中药对机体的炎症反应具有一定的抑制作用,可用于各种炎症性疾病的治疗。
Objective To review the anti-inflammatory mechanism of the effective components in Chinese medicines and the develop- ment of the research in clinical application. Methods According to the related literatures, monographs and other information which published in recent years, the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicines and the application of traditional Chi- nese medicines in common inflammatory disease treatment were reviewed. Results The antiinflammatory mechanism of the effective components in Chinese medicines and the situation of current research in clinical application were summarized. Conclusion Chinese medi- cines have certain inhibiting action on the inflammatory diseases, and can be used for a variety of inflammatory diseases treatment.
