摘要
目的探索药学应用型CRA人才培养模式。方法建议通过制定符合CRA人才培养的方案,优化现行课程体系,搭建CRA产学研平台,激发学生对CRA知识的学习热情,采取多元化的毕业实习形式等方法进行产学研联合培养CRA人才。结果与结论产学研联合培养CRA人才是一种行之有效的培养模式。
Objective To explore the ways of joint training model for cultivating applied clinical research administrator or clinical re- search （CRA） associate professionals in pharmacy. Method Reasonable proposal for CRA professionals training were made,inclu- ding improving the current CRA curriculum system, establishing a CRA industry-teaching-research platform, stimulating passion of students for learning, and adopting diverse internship programs. Result and Conclusion The joint of industry-teaching-research is an effective training model for CRA professionals training.
