摘要
目的研究传统藏药甘肃蚤缀的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱技术,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从甘肃蚤缀70%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部分分离并鉴定了脂肪类和甾体化合物共12个,分别是:棕榈酸(化合物1),棕榈酸乙酯(化合物2),二十六烷醇(化合物3),正三十烷酸(化合物4),正二十二碳酸二十六烷醇酯(化合物5),β-谷甾醇(化合物6),α-菠甾醇(化合物7),α-菠甾酮(化合物8),豆甾醇(化合物9),β-胡萝卜苷(化合物10),22,23-二氢菠甾醇(化合物11),麦角甾醇-5,8-过氧化物(化合物12)。结论化合物1~9为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the constituents of A. kansuensis Maxim.. Method The compounds were isolated and obtained by chromatographic isolation techniuqes including SiOz. A combination of physieo-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis was used to identify the structures of these constituents. Result Twelve compounds were identified as n-hexadecanoic acid (1), hexade- canoic acid ethyl ester (2) , 1-hexacosanol (3) , n-triacontanoic acid (4) , n-docosanic acid octacosanyl ester ( 5 ) ,ffsitosterol ( 6 }, a- spinasterol ( 7 ), a-spinasterone ( 8 ), stigmasterol { 9 } ,fl-daucosterol ( 10 ), 22,23-dihydroxyspinasterol ( 11 ), and ergosterol-5,8-per- oxide (12). Conclusion Compounds 1-9 were reported in A. kansuensis Maxim. for the first time.
