大国政治的终结——国际法治的目标探究 被引量：9

摘要 大国政治是当今世界秩序、国际关系中的核心问题,其具有现实性,但存在明显缺陷,所以需要予以变革和消解。具体方案有多种可能,可以通过新兴大国遏制大国政治,也可以通过小国之间的团结制约大国政治,更可以通过国际制度消解大国政治。除了这种外在约束之外,大国自身的观念变革也可以改变大国政治的状态。归根结底,大国政治的终结有待于法治解决,需要国际格局从简陋发展到精致。终结大国政治是未来国际关系的理想,这一理想非一时一刻可能实现。但是人类为了未来的发展,必须采取坚实的手段为这一理想而努力。
