摘要
股份制高校是基于对高等教育办学体制多元化模式的探索而出现的一种新型的教育组织形式。但是,由于目前我国社会经济发展与国家整体教育格局的制约,我国股份制高校的发展还面临着许多困境与矛盾。本文基于促进我国股份制高校平稳与健康发展的要求,对当前我国股份制高校所面临的主要困境进行了分析与探讨,并提出了我国股份制高校走出困境的基本思路与相应对策。
Joint-stock colleges represent a new educational institution form, as an exploratory at tempt to diversify the higher education system. However, due to constraints of the current social and e conomic development and the overall educational structure, the development of joint-stock colleges in China has encountered difficulties. To promote their steady and healthy development, this paper analy zes the major difficulties plaguing the development of joint-stock colleges, and proposes some basic ide as about, and the corresponding strategies for, tackling the problems.
