摘要
分析了激光多普勒冷却场作用下中性钠原子的受力特性,基于光学布洛赫方程和密度矩阵探讨了中性钠原子的耗散力,得到了不同激光多普勒冷却场参数条件下耗散力的特征。仿真结果表明侧面冷却可以由激光多普勒冷却场来实现。这为沉积原子光刻技术打下了理论基础。
The characteristics of neutral Na atoms force is analyzed in laser Doppler cooling field. The characteristics of neutral Na atoms dissipative force is discussed based on Optical Bloch Equation and Density Matrix. The dissipative force's characteristics is simulated under different laser cooling field parameters. The simulation results show that the lateral cooling can be realized by laser Doppler cooling field. It provides the important theoretical basis for the deposition atomic photoetching technology.
