摘要
在相同的毛条加工设备上对比分析了国内外用于直接法制膨体毛条的干法腈纶丝束的应用性能 .结果表明 ,秦皇岛腈纶厂的 6.67dtex/f的干法腈纶丝束可顺利地用于直接法制造膨体毛条 ,其质量指标达到了FJ533- 85《腈纶毛条》标准的规定 .
Application performance of dry spinning of acrylic tow which is produced for bulky top by tow to sliver convertion system domestic and abroad is analysised by the same equipments,as a result,dry spinning of acrylic tow of 6.67 dtex/f can be made for bulky top by tow to sliver convertion system well and the bulky quality accords with the standard of acrylic top of FJ533-85.
