摘要
为了解决潜艇电力推进系统蓄电池电压低,供电难的问题,设计了一套单个电源的额定功率为5 kW的大功率升压电源。分析了全桥变换器的工作原理和控制方式,设计隔直电容解决了全桥变换器在实际应用中的技术难题,并设计IGBT缓冲电路实现了高频的大功率开关电源。给出了高频变压器的设计过程。实际应用证明电源电压稳定性好、变换效率高、均流效果好。
In order to solve the problem of low battery voltage and supply difficulties of electric propulsion on the detecting submarine, designed a set of highpower and stepup DCDC converter which the rated power of single power supply module is 5 kW. Analyzed the working principle and control method of the full bridge converter. And designed the DC blocking capacitor that solves technical challenges of full bridge converter application, the softening circuit of IGBT that realizes highfrequency and highpower switching power supply. The design process about the highfrequency transformer was given. The practical application shows that the power supply works with stable output voltage, high conversion efficiency and good current share effect.
