摘要
目的探讨肛周脓肿的手术治疗方法。方法根据165例肛周脓肿患者的不同情况分别采取不同的手术治疗,随访2～18个月,根据观察结果再进行临床总结分析。结果一次性切开根治术治疗92例,复发2例;单纯切开引流术42例,复发23例;切开引流挂线术31例;复发15例。结论手术治疗肛周脓肿并无固定术式,根据根据脓腔大小、位置、深浅及患者身体状况,找准内口是成功治愈肛周脓肿,避免形成肛瘘再行二期手术的关键。
Objective To explore the surgical methods of the perianal abscess. Methods 165 patients with perianal abscess were treated by the different surgical methods according to the different chnical situation and were followed up for 2 - 18 months, the clinical results were analyzed. Results Of 165 patients, primary incision plus radical operation was performed in 92 cases, simple incision and drainage in 42 cases, primary incision plus thread drawing in 31 cases, and the recurrence were in 2, 23 and 15 cases respectively. Conclusion No unique surgical methods is fixed for the perianal abscess, the key point is correctly localization of the internal orifice, and avoiding formation of anal fistula and secondary operation.
