摘要
目的探讨经心包肺切除术后心电图改变的特征及原因。方法对31例经心包肺切除患者术前术后行心电图检测。结果术后心电图异常27例,异常率87.1%,主要表现ST段抬高,T波低平、倒置、高尖,心律失常及QT间期延长。结论经心包肺切除术后心电图异常发生率明显增高,与心包内处理肺血管时直接或间接损伤心肌、术前心电图是否正常、肺通气功能下降、胸腔内压力改变等有关。
Objective To explore and analyze the characteristics of the electrocardiogram （ECG） changes after pneumonectomy in pericardium. Methods To recorde and analyse the ECG before and after the lung resection in 31 patients with lung cancer. Results The number of abornomal ECG was 27 （87.1%）, the main manifestation contains the depression of ST segment, change of T wave, arrythmia and QT interval is extended. Conclusion The abnormal rate of ECG increased apparently after the lung resection, this has the relationship with the operation （especially intrapericardial procedure）, the abnormal ECG before operation, the decreased pulmonary ventilation function and the changes of pressure in chest cavity.
