摘要
液压挖掘机在沼泽地或泥塘等环境工作时,铲斗内部往往会粘附着污水、粘土、石块等杂物,此部分负载对挖机的工作状态有较大的影响。该文针对挖机斗杆油缸,首先分析了油缸受力情况;之后在铲斗内加载了配重载荷,对此种工况进行了模拟工况试验;最后对试验结果进行了分析,为技术人员设计在环境恶劣工况下使用的斗杆油缸提供了指导作用。
When hydraulic excavator works in the marshes, bogs or other conditions, sewage, clay, stones and other debris are often adhered to the internal of bucket, the load of which have a large impact on excavator working condition. This paper mainly focuses on the excavator arm cylinder, firstly analyzes the force condition of the cylinder, and then the counterbalance load is loaded on the bucket. Simulated working condition experiment is carried out under this working condition, and the analysis can be obtained by comparing the test results, all of which can put forward the guidance for designing the ann cylinder of wicked working condition.
