摘要
液压截止球阀是飞行器压力调节系统中常用的部件,目前大都是从工业设计和使用用途的角度研究液压截止球阀,缺少液压截止球阀在不同环境工况下工作过程的应力和变形情况分析,以及零部件的可靠性和安全性技术指标。设计运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某产品的手动液压截止球阀进行强度和刚度分析,得到手动液压截止球阀的应力和变形情况。以分析结果为基础,给出了手动液压截止球阀零部件的可靠性和安全性技术指标。在产品设计初期,运用ANSYS分析软件对产品及零部件进行不同工况下的受力分析,可以得到产品的设计参数,优化设计产品,使得产品综合特性达到最好。
The Hydraulic Stop Ball Valve is one of important components of the aircraft pressure regulation system. It mostly studied from the point of view of industrial design and intended use and is lack of the analysis of the stress and deformation under the different environment conditions works and technical indicators of reliable and security of its parts. The author analyzed strength and stiffness of the certain type of Hydraulic Stop Ball Valve using finite element analysis software ANSYS and got its stress and deformation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is given technical indicators of reliable and security of its parts In the initial stage of product design, the designer analyze products and its parts under different environment conditions works using ANSYS software and can get the design parameters of the products and its parts, which optimized the design of product and made the product to achieve the best properties.
