摘要
我国铁路现代化装备水平不断提升,现有的铁路应急通信保障已经难以满足需求。针对铁路应急通信保障的现状,综合铁路通信发展,分析铁路应急通信系统发展及需求;提出建立铁路应急通信系统的基本架构、设备组成、接入方式及建设要求等,满足应急事件发生后对铁路通信保障的需求。
With the increase in the modernization level of Chinese railway equipment in China, the exist- ing railway emergency communication support cannot meet the needs. As for the current situation of rail- way emergency communication support and the development of integrated railway communication, the de- velopment and needs of railway emergency communication systems is analyzed and it is proposed that the infrastructure, equipment composition, manners of access and construction requirements of Chinese rail- way emergency communication systems be dealt with to meet the demands for guaranteeing railway com- munication in the case of emergency events.
