摘要
船载自动识别系统(AIS-Automatic Identification System)是目前船舶航行、监控以及海事部门监管等重要的数据来源之一,本文将通过PC串口接收的AIS报文进行解码,得到可以识别的船舶相关信息,为AIS数据在船舶监管各系统中的应用提供支撑。
The Automatic Identification System （AIS - Automatic Identification System） is One of the important data sources for the ship navigation, monitoring and maritime sector regulation etc. This paper will decode the AIS message receiving from the PC serial port, and get shipping information that can be recognized. It will provide support for the application of AIS data in many ship supervision systems.
