摘要
定量和水分是鉴定成纸质量的两个重要参数。笔者对造纸系统工艺流程进行了分析 ,充分考虑系统本身的特点 ,采用内模控制等优化算法对系统进行了建模和控制 ,并给出了仿真实验结果 ,证明了模型对于造纸过程定量水分控制的有效性和优越性。
Papermaking process is a very complicated heat and mass transfer process,there are many disturbances and great pure lag. Basis weight and moisture content are two important parameters of paper quality. Control of these two parameters correctly can ensure the product quality,increase output,save raw material. In this paper,we analyze the papermaking process flow. Based on the system feature a model has been established. We have simulated and proved that the model is advanced and advantageous.
