摘要
以马尾松为原料 ,进行了不同磨浆浓度、磨浆工艺和磨浆过程添加过氧化氢的机械制浆研究。研究结果表明 :高浓度磨浆或高/中浓结合磨浆工艺可以较大幅度提高纸浆的强度 ;磨浆过程添加碱性过氧化氢工艺 ,可以改善纸浆的强度 ,提高纸浆的白度 ,并还可以大幅度降低能量消耗(降幅可达35 %) ,同时磨浆和漂白合二为一 。
Chemi-treatment of Pinus massoniana (partly mildewed)with alkaline peroxide in refiner at different usage levels were investigated.Brightness enhancement,strength improvement and appreciable energy saving can be obtained.Refining characteristics of high consistency and high-medium consistency were presented as well.
