摘要
住房是人们的基本需求之一,解决好住房问题是社会经济发展的基本要求。我国针对目前的社会发展实际,采取了一系列措施,包括大力推进保障房的建设,取得了明显的成效,但目前我国住房制度改革仍然存在着商品房价格过高、保障房覆盖面有限、地区发展不平衡等诸多问题。本文对西方国家公共住房制度的历史和现状进行了研究,找到了他们共有的一些特性,并在分析我国保障房建设的现状和问题的基础上,对我国保障房建设的思路做了一些有益的探索。
Housing is a basic need of the human.It is the basic requirement for the development of social economy.According to the actual situation,we take a series of measures including the construction of the low-income housing and obtained apparent effection.However,there are so many problems as too high house price,limited coverage of the low-income housing,and inbalance of area development in the process of housing system reforming.Firstly,the article studies the history and the current situation of the public housing system in western countries.Seondly,she found some shared characteristics.Finally,she analyzes the present situation of the low-income housing construction in China and made some beneficial exploration about China＇s low-income housing construction.
