摘要
目的规范卫生处理监管工作。方法建立了卫生处理"3+4"监管模式,即三个严格(严格单位资质准入,严格人员录用标准,严格药械采购使用),四个加强(加强日常监督检查,加强风险分析评估,加强药物效果评价,加强科技技术创新)。结果建立了一支能为检验检疫技术把关的卫生处理队伍,实现了卫生处理队伍的年轻化、知识化、专业化,强化了卫生处理药械采购使用的统一和廉政意识,规范了卫生处理现场安全操作程序,加强了卫生处理安全质量风险评估预警,完善了卫生处理效果追踪和评价体系,提升了卫生处理科技支撑技术水平。结论卫生处理"3+4"监管模式,能够提高了卫生处理监管效能。
Objective To standardized the sanitization at frontier ports. Methods The ＂3 plus 4＂ supervision mode includes 3 strictness and 4 strengthening： strict unit qualification admittance, strict personnel recruitment, strict medi- cine procurement and use, strengthening daily supervision and inspection, strengthening risk assessment, strengthening drug evaluation and strengthening scientific and technological innovation. Results These measures help to build a tech- nical team for the inspection and quarantine, to realize young, knowledgeable and specialized team, to strengthen the standardized medicine procurement and use, to improve the safety operation specification, to advance the risk assessment and early warning, to optimize the sanitization tracking and evaluation system and to enhance the support of science and technology level. Conclusion The new supervision mode can improve the efficiency of supervision on sanitization.
