摘要
从PowerMill平台的加工策略入手,在大量分析模具数控加工工艺文件的基础上,提出了一种基于PowerMill加工策略的模具数控编程方法,该方法根据PowerMill的常用加工策略将模具主要分成了4个不同的待加工区域。因此,模具的每个待加工区域对应于PowerMill中相应的加工策略,在已知模具不同区域的情况下可以快速的实现模具的快速编程。最后,用一个案例进行了验证,通过对实验结果的分析表明,该方法能够很好地适用于模具加工,而且在一定程度上能够提高模具的加工效率。
This paper puts forward a new mold CNC programming method by analyzing mounts of mold CNC process documents. According to the PowerMill commonly used strategies, the method divides the mold into four main regions, and each of them is corresponded to the strategy. Provided that the mold is divided, this method can make the programming quickly. At last, this paper employs an experiment to verify the method. By analyzing the result of the experiment, it is shown that the method is able to be adapted well to the mold machining, and it can improve the processing efficiency to a certain extent.
