详细介绍了某款汽车翼子板修边、侧修边、冲孔模的设计过程。模具中间两处直修镶块与侧修镶块间采用滑配而不是常用的交接关系,这是一种比较新颖的设计方式,为设计交接困难的模具提供了一个新的解决方案。
This paper introduces the design process of TR＋C_TR＋PI die.This operation is the second operation of fender.In this die, there are two direct trim steels among some cam trim steels,they don＇ t interact each other like we usually do hut mate each other.It gives a new solution to those dies in which it＇ s hard to design the interaction.
