白桦枝桠材制造刨花板的优化工艺 被引量:3

摘要 以白桦枝桠材为原料 ,在测定材质的基础上对制板工艺进行研究 ,提出了制板的优化工艺参数。利用白桦枝桠材制造优质刨花板 。 The White Birch (Betula platyphylla ) branch material, of which 33 % are above 3 cm in diameter, and accounting for 47% of the tree trunk, is a potential resource for particleboard manu facture. In this paper, the properties of both White Birch branch material and the board have been investigated. Based on the experiment, a set of optimized manufacturing technology parameters for White Birch branch particleboard have been put forward.
