摘要
当前,高校学生党建工作面临入党动机功利化和理想信念淡化、学生党支部凝聚力不强和作用发挥不明显、学生党建工作者力量较为薄弱等问题。做好高校学生党建工作必须建立长效机制,应在开展社会主义核心价值体系教育中增强理想信念教育,在推进学生党支部创先争优工程中提升党建工作实效,在建设高素质的学生党建工作团队中提升高校学生党建水平。
Currently, the work of student Party construction faces a series of problems, like utilitarian motivation in anticipating, faded ideal and faith, weak cohesion of student Party branch and weak force of student Party construction workers. In order to do well in the work of student Party construction, a long - term effective system must be established ; also we must strengthen the ideal and belief edu- cation in socialist core value. We need to promote the Party construction work through electing excellent pioneers in the student Party branch; also, we need to improve the level of student Party construction via building a student Party team with high - quality.
