摘要
随着知识经济的兴起,智力资本成为学界研究热点。因此,有必要对国内外有关智力资本的定义、构成、宏观和微观评估方法或模型的研究成果进行综述以及作出简要评价。
As knowledge economy arisen, intellectual capital and its assessment approaches have been a hot research field in the academic circle. Therefore, it is necessary to review intellectual capital＇ s definition, composition and its assessment approaches introduced in researches at home and abroad, and make a brief comment on them.
