摘要
在国家对旅游产业政策扶持和对地产业严厉调控、国民可支配收入提高和民众休闲旅游意识加强的背景下,我国的旅游地产开发不断升温。针对目前旅游地产开发中存在的主要问题和风险,未来的旅游地产投资主体将更多元化,投资项目将更专业化、差异化与去住宅化,并且将还原旅游地产的旅游属性。
In the background of country＇ s supporting policy for tourism industry and strict regulating policy for real estate, the increase of people＇ s disposable income and will for leisure tourism, China＇ s tourism real estate development has been warming up. This article sorts out and discusses the developing direction of tourism real estate in future in allusion to main problems and risks associated with the investment in tourism real estate.
