摘要
随着经济全球化和信息全球化的不断深入,计算机与信息服务贸易国际竞争力在世界各国综合实力的角逐中地位越来越显著。本文通过对我国计算机与信息服务贸易MS指数、TC指数、CA指数、动态变化的测算以及构建计算机与信息服务贸易国际竞争力综合评价指标对我国计算机与信息服务贸易国际竞争力进行了定量比较分析,结果显示我国计算机与信息服务贸易国际竞争力处于中等偏下水平,但提升速度较快,与大国的差距也在逐渐缩小。
With the development of economic globalization and global informatization, the trade of com- puter and information service has played a more important role in the competition of comprehensive national strength. This paper is analyzed from MS index, TC index, CA index,the change rates of these three indexes and comprehensive index of the trade of computer and information service. Results show that China＇s International Competitiveness of the trade of computer and information service is in the middle level of the world, but it develops rapidly and the gap with the computer and information service trading powers is gradually reduced.
