摘要
引入了配电网CIM综合模型,根据中压配网拓扑特点和评估对模型的需求,对其进行适当扩展。借鉴CIM思想中对象类的属性和相互关系,将配网设备层层继承关联,设计了自下而上的配电网综合评估框架。最后,以某市的一座110 kV变电站为例,进行了具体的评估,结果表明,该配网评估方法达到标准化、结构化要求,能快速、针对地发现配电网的薄弱环节。
According to the topology characteristics of medium-voltage distribution network and application require- ments for evaluation, a comprehensive CIM mode is introduced and extended appropriately for distribution grid. Drawing from the object class attributes and their relationship of CIM model, distribution grid equipments are inheri- ted and associated layer by layer. A comprehensive evaluation frame is designed from bottom to top. Finally, a 110kV substation is taken as an example for a specific rating assessment. The example indicates that the method has a clear structure with a standardized distribution network evaluation process and it is able to find the weakness of distribution grid pointedly.
