摘要
基于网络的安全要素提出了一个综合防卫体系模型．该模型涵盖技术与管理两个方面，由一组文档、安全机构和安全操作流程构成 ．其中安全操作流程又分产品采购，硬件层、软件层、数据信息层和使用人员层的构筑等8 个阶段 ．该综合防卫体系模型有助于规范化的安全体系的建立，对内、外环境的安全性均适宜、有 效，并具有良好的自适应性．
A model called synthetical defence system(SDS) based on factors of network sec urity is described. The SDS contains technology and management, and is made up of a set of document, security organ and the process of security operation . The security operation included product's purchasing, constructing hardware l evel, software level, data information level and user level etc. eight steps. S DS is very usefull in constructing a standardized security denfence system, and is ava ilable to inside and outside environment.
